3 User Accounts
To use certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4 Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and conditions apply as follows:
- • Booking confirmation may require upfront payment or deposit
- • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- • Additional charges may apply for extra services or materials
- • Final payment is due upon completion of services
5 Liability and Insurance
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, the following limitations apply:
- • Basic liability coverage is included with all moves
- • Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items
- • Customers are responsible for declaring valuable or fragile items
- • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
6 Customer Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate inventory information
- • Prepare items for moving as instructed
- • Be present or designate a representative during the move
- • Provide clear access to pickup and delivery locations
7 Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport:
- • Hazardous materials and chemicals
- • Firearms and ammunition
- • Perishable food items
- • Plants and live animals
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
